What countries do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide using either regular airmail or courier service. However, courier service does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO or RFD addresses. For such cases, we will first email you for an alternate address. If no alternate address is given, we will ship your order using regular airmail. Delivery of such circumstance will take longer time depending on the destination due to change of shipping address and method.

What if my order is lost?
- Shipment via regular airmail will sometimes face delay due to custom clearance. We do not bare any responsibilities for lost shipments via regular airmail. Thus we encourage all our customers to use shipment via courier service. We will bare 100% responsibilities if such order is lost. Furthermore, courier service provides online tracking facilities where you can track your order anywhere, anytime.
How do I check my order status?

When will my orders being shipped?
- We will normally ship your orders within 48 hours after you placed your order online. If there is a delay, we will notify you via email and you can decide whether to replace your order or ask for a full refund.
How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund will be given if we haven't shipped your order. If shipment had commence, we can only refund you the product cost minus the initial shipping charges plus you'll have to bare the return shipping charges as well.

Can I return an item after 60 days?

What if I received any items that I did not order?
- If you received any items that you did not order due to our logistical fault, please send an email to email@example.com. We will resend the correct items, within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving the errorneously shipped items from you. We will bare all shipping charges for such cases.
What if I received an defective product?
- Damaged packages must be returned in their original condition upon receipt in order for us to make a proper claim. We will send a replacement, within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving your return, without any additional charges. Customer may opt for the same product as replacement or exchange for a different product with the same price. However, customers are liable for all shipping charges and duties on all returns in such cases.
How do you charge to my credit card?
- One of the third-party credit card processing companies such as WorldPay, 2Checkout and CCNOW is responsible for making this happen. When you add an item to the online shopping cart, you will be automatically directed to a third party credit card processing company such as the WorldPay, CCNOW, or 2Checkout. After your shopping is done, check out and pay to one of these companies. We will receive a statement from one of them if your credit card is chargable and then we will proceed with the order shipment.
